The match has started from Thursday, September 22 and will continue through Saturday, October 29. The first test match between two countries was held from September 22-September 26 at the Green Park Stadium, Kanpur. India had won the match by 197 runs. The second test match started from September 30 and played till 4th October at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata. In that match too, India emerged victorious by 178 runs. The third test match between these two remarkably popular cricket playing nations will be played in the time period of 8th October-12th October at the Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore.
After that, there will be 5 One Day Internationals. The first One Day International will be played at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, Dharamsala. All the one-day matches will be played both under the sun and under the light. The second One Day International will be played on 20th October at Feroz Shah Kotla, New Delhi. October 23 will be the date of the third one-day international which will be played at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali. The dates of the 4th and 5th one-day internationals, however, will be 26th October and 29th October at the JSCA International Stadium Complex, Ranchi, and Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam respectively.
